Sunny really looked after our 4 employees recently when we had work in Melbourne, collecting them from Templestowe early each morning and transporting them to the city, & returning to collect in the afternoon. He was polite, punctual, helpful and obliging. The vehicles were spotlessly clean & disinfected inside before our guys entered the taxi each time. He is also a very skilled and safe driver. We used the services of this company for a pickup from T2 at Tullamarine Airport on 27th April 2022. We found the service to be efficient, reliable, and straightforward. The driver was polite, drove safely and was helpful when loading our many pieces of luggage including musical instruments with care. The driver was at the airport in good time. Whilst this service is not the cheapest, he did wait nearly 15 mins longer than the expected time that we would be processed through passport control and customs. Time is money. Communication was excellent. Always concise, polite and prompt. Our overall experience was great, and we would recommend this service.
