Payment – Maxi Cab Melbourne prices are very reasonable when you consider that there is a driver waiting at the airport for the flight to land or a driver is waiting outside before the pick up time. There is no penalty or fee for canceling a reservation with us as long as you give us 24 hr notice on prepaid trips. However if you give less than 24 hours notice then there are no refunds. We simply ask that you exercise courtesy and inform us of your cancellation as soon as possible. We are very flexible during the full booking process. Our refund policy for advance payments is very simple.
If you give us more than 24 hours notice then there is no charge and it’s free. We will happily refund full amount.
If you give us less than 24 hours notice then there are strictly no refunds. We have a duty of care to our drivers as well. It is not fair on them if we cancel in less than 24 hours.
